A few important things to know:
Income Limits: apartments at The Ravello are subject to income guidelines. The apartment must be solely occupied by persons 55 years of age or older - age verification documents are required. Student Households: There are a few exceptions, but in general, households composed entirely of full-time students are not eligible to live in the apartments at The Ravello.
All dimensions and square footage are approximate. Actual amenities and specifications may vary in dimension or detail. Not all features are available in every apartment. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
Restrictions: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.

Comments: Animals must be no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list for animals not allowed. Animals not listed, but which display substantially similar physical characteristics or traits to those animals listed, shall be treated as though they had been listed. No more than two (2) pets per apartment. Max weight of 25 lbs per pet. A $350 non-refundable animal fee and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 5-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
